Black Mist Filter? What is it? What does it do?  I had all of these thoughts too. The K&F Concept Black Mist Filter is effectively a diffusion filter.  The filter is covered with minute particles which scatter the light, softening the image, with the aim of giving your images a more ethereal film quality.
